Random loss of home campaign Elder Scroll buffs

HOW is this still a bug and you all just patched today? Random loss of all home campaign Elder Scroll buffs except Emperorship HP buff even though we control all the scrolls? FIX IT! This, like many other bugs, has been going far too long.
