Cyrodiil forward camp bug = map problem

Whenever any resourse, or a keep changes state (flags or changes owner, plus some other reasons) the camp becomes "buged".
Relogging helps to fix the map, and camp "unbugs" for reloged person.
So, if you still didn't figure out how to "fix camps", hope this gives you direction of research....
