[NA]Looking for crafting guild with rp

I'm looking for a friendly crafting guild. I am also looking for a guild with light to heavy rp. I don't want heavy rules and would like the age range to be 18+, 21+ would be better. The size of the guild is not important, but I tend to feel lost in super large guilds.
While I understand the copy/paste when inviting to someone in the guild, it doesn't hurt to show that you took the time to read what I am looking for. Letting me know that you've read it shows me you're a person instead of a bot. Also if you have further questions don't be afraid to ask.
Crafting
While I do all the professions, I have more focus in some more than others. You're guild does not need RP in it for me to join, but it's a plus.
High focus
*Clothing: I plan on learning all styles and finishing all research. I wish to master this skill.
*Enchanting: I plan on learning all the runes and mastering this skill.
*Alchemy: I plan on learning all the plant traits and mastering this skill.
Medium focus
*Woodworking: The only weapon that I won't do research on is Lighting Staff, everything else including the shied I plan on mastering. I do plan on learning all the styles as well since the clothing character also does woodworking.
*Blacksmithing: I plan on mastering all of the armor research. I won't be looking to learn all the styles that much. The only weapons that I plan on completing research on is Daggers and Greatswords.
Low focus
*Provisioning: I am not highly focused in mastering. I mostly do it on the side.
Role Playing
While I do like to role play, it's not super important to me as of now. I do have a couple characters in mind and will edit into this post their info in the future. Basically I'm looking to start off light and easy until I get my character a good footing in the rp and I can rp heavily later on.
As of now, I am not looking for RP only guilds. You'll need crafting friendly trade as well.

Marginis✭✭✭✭✭Well I see no one's posted here yet, so I suppose I'll chime in.
Magicka, while not a crafting guild specifically, is a fine RP guild, with many crafters (myself included) in it. We have a large guild store and a sometimes stocked guild bank, and are more than welcoming to offers of trade in the chat (as long as it is in character, as we are an RP guild first and foremost) and as long as it doesn't become spam.
