Hello, I am sorry for having to post another thread revolving around this issue, however all the previous threads had slightly different problems or were ignored.
I am having issues with the quest "The Army of Meridia" for going on two weeks now. Over these two weeks I have tried to contact support, report the bug (twice), check the forums, and everything in my power to fix this issue. However, there has been absolute silence towards this issue other than my fellow players.
The Problem: I completed the quests first going into Coldharbor completely fine. This includes rescuing the king, siding with either the elves or Naga (I chose the naga but did the additional work of not killing a single elf). Upon saving the king I traveled to the fighters guild and walked with him up the stairs and then nothing. The quest had not credited me with saving the king. However it continued with out me and restored the city (still not giving me any credit).
At first I waited, hoping a patch would fix it since it was a known issue. When that didn't work I abandoned the quest and picked it back up. It still wants me to save the king, even though he's now officially hanging out in the fighters guild clearly saved. I cleared my quests from cyridel and abandoned the quest once more, still needing to save the saved king.
Two patches and many a report later, there has been zero improvement. So now my character is doomed to sit in the 'unrestored' city drinking tea with the 'unsaved' king as far as I'm aware. I could understand the delays with side quests, but come on this is a crippling main quest bug.
Below I've attached images of the city, the naga I sided with, the king, a map showing the white-out areas I've completed, and the actual quest when I have it in my log. Please, I want someone to at least respond to this after some many weeks of waiting. I love this game, but if the support is going to be so poor I can't even play my character idk if I should bother paying.
