It started this morning for me, after leaving Cyrodyll. Had the Loading screen boss, so I force quit through task manager. After attempting to log on a few times afterwards, I thought it might just be the internet. After trying several hours later, and restarting my modem, I still cannot log in. I cannot even make a ticket for it so it can be fixed.
