I had that happen to me once when I tried to activate my Dragon Leap ultimate. I crouched, the wings appeared, but no leap... I could still move around while crouched on the ground, but I couldn't attack or interact with anything, couldn't use the escape key, or anything else. I can't remember how I got unstuck, because I don't think I could even open the chat window to type /reloadui or /stuck.No idea what this is, he was stuck.

✭Horses in Tamriel follow different rules.
Spell missed a mob, then drifted off for 100 yards.
Anchors were a mess the first month. This is a random repair crew I joined.
Free falling (one four occurrences.)

Particle bug after killing a bug. Approaching this bundle dropped my fps to five.

Not an official a bug, but the color scheme is so hideous, it should be reported.

✭Most of these glitches are loading failures which could be blamed on the users hard drive. Not saying that's always the case, but if you're seeing this happen more than others are, it might be you.Edited by SFBryan18 on June 30, 2014 12:00AM1 -

Yes . I really hate how ESO didn't follow the Skyrim horse lore. These horses are way wimpy.
