Maybe not quite as bad as broken neck syndrome, but I've had a number of NPCs develop displaced jaw disease in the midst of their conversations. It persists throughout the dialogue, and looks pretty silly as they talk, sort of like they're chewing tobacco.
I saw it the first time with Sheogorath, and I thought maybe Uncle Sheo was just messing with me. I've had it happen several times since with others; my favorite is Vanus here. It's almost an improvement on him.

Here I am at the eastern most part of deshaan. Much further than the land normally goes now so I'm actually really far east, in the ocean well past Tamriel.

I think it was one of the last quests in Bangkorai, Septima appears and kills the King's escort. They all just lie there dead in very same, obviously copypasted positions, obviously dead. Then they all just randomly jump up, run somewhere past me(???), turn around in a few seconds, run back and fall back down to their dead positions.
What on Tamriel they were doing is still beyond me, but I nearly fell off my chair laughing, especially when I saw them running back xDEdited by Magdalina on June 13, 2014 8:36PM4 -

Way back when I was doing the Molag Bal quest, I transformed into a Werewolf while I was fighting my way through the mobs. Apparently, this is the what happens when you transform back to normal when you look like the Emperor. I ran around like this for about 5 minutes before I had to relog to fix it.
