The Unresponsive Input in PvP Needs Immediate Attention!

This really needs to be addressed. It's absolutely nightmarish at times! Skills just will not work, Ultimates will not fire, CC cannot be broken... WTF!?
Sometimes it's due to lag, which is another issue, but most of the time things just inexplicably cease to function! Press the key, nothing happens.
I cannot tell you how many times I've snuck up behind someone only to discover pressing the key associated with Concealed Weapon refuses to work, or pressing X to feed fails (vamp), or the R key for Ults just absolutely will not function!? Dodge Roll attempts fail... ARRGggghhh!!!! It's gone on too long!
Tonight, the game refused to let me pick up a mushroom I'd found because the E key refused to work.
..And it's not my keyboard, trust me, I can type in Chat perfectly a-ok.
Please fix this ZOS.
