PERMAROOT STUCK except while holding down heavy attack

Some combination of abilities and blocking makes it so i cannot move (like rooted, but i am not) in combat/out of combat, nothing fixes it other than dying/relogging
I can move while holding down heavy attack (resto staff) but stop soon as i let go.

BCBasher✭✭✭I get perma-snared after death in pvp sometimes too and have to relog to fix it, put that on the list.0 -

Personally I have managed to un-stuck myself by recasting fire (volcanic) rune. Everything literally went back to normal.
It is therefore my strong opinion that the bug is directly related to this ability.
