Game registration Code - Where is it? FFS, why is it so damn hard to pay ZoS money!?!

I bought the digital version pre-launch. The billing system doesnt work and Zenimax dont accept my card, so I had to use my card to buy a 60 day game time card.

The card explains in detail how to use it, but on the account.elderscrollsonline.com site, I am prompted to use my Game Registration Code first.

Where is it? I havent got one in my emails.

Im starting to feel very frustrated because of the immense difficulty it is to pay Zenimax money, Im about to uninstall the whole game and just say *** OFF!


But im not, im going to try and renew my account for this whole day, if im not able to log into ESO by the end of the day, its goodbye, I cant take this kind of frustration, spending hours to try and fix it, only to be even more confused about wtf is going on, and still not able to log in.


I am not going to walk to my bank for something that should be as easy as paying a company my money, if they dont want it, then *** it!

    for some reason they keep declining my paypal payment too. Im not going out o my way to pay for the game. If they refuse to accept it then they will not get it. Ive played a lot of mmos and this is the only one that has actually gotten WORSE since launch with things like this. Usually its day1 with all the login issues and payment problems, not 3 months down the line.

    If you bought digital version from bethesda shop then no game registration should not be needed. If you bought digital version elsewhere you should have received the code in mail or it may be found under the downloads on the store you bought it from.

    In case of bethesda shop then there is issue with account or with the payment that should be checked with customer support.

    If I didnt recieve a game registration code, but they still ask for it, then wtf am I supposed to do? I just paid for a game time code I cant use... And on top of it, the game time card is quite alot more expensive than just buying game time directly online.

    How can this be possible? This is probably the single most important thing for a company to work, make sure it is possible to pay money, how else are they going to pay their employees and continue to create and develop new content?

    In your billing history, does it say you have bought the digital copy or digital imperial edition or what ever?

    If not and you have, you might want to dig some kind of recipient about the purchase (email, screenshot of bank account transactions, etc) and send that to customer support for reference that you have bought the game and it is not showing up on your account.

    I do have communication with CS, to confirm who I was I had to tell them my secret word and final 4 digits in my card. They say they are working on it, im just not sure when I will be able to play the game again.

    Because, from what I understand, there has been billing issues for a long time, and if takes more than a day or 2, I will start playing another game. That doesnt mean I wont return, but it means im going to invest some time into a game I can reliably play.

    I couldn't purchase the game from them and had to get it from another source. I received the code in an email to enter on my account at Zenimax. CS/billing tried many times watching my purchase and it just would not work. They can process my monthly sub just fine but couldn't handle the game sale.

    If you purchased the game from any other source outside of Zenimax then the company you purchased from needs to provide the code to unlock the game.

    Ok, so then it is some issue with the account that it doesn't recognize purchase even though it is there. You have contacted the CS and they have even contacted you so hopefully they will get this thing sorted out for you quickly.
