1 month ago my sub was automatically paid, no issues at all. 3 weeks ago I wanted to buy more time than the month I already had, so I tried buying some more time, but it didnt work, so after a few tries I gave up and forgot until today... From now on I cant play, and I cant pay either...
Ive done everything to make sure I got a valid card and money on my account, I checked with bank that I got money, more than 10x than I need, I bought some stuff with my card in a grocery store, no problem, and as a final test I bought the latest expansion to TSW (the secret world), to test if it was something wrong with buying stuff via the internet, but I bought it just fine, absolutely no issues.
Now i cant renew my sub in ESO
Just says:
The transaction could not be authorized. Please review the information provided and try again or contact your payment provider for additional help.

Phantorang✭✭✭✭normal Visa, got a response from customer service, now I have to wait 48 hours for the failed paying attempts to be cleared, because now its been locked as a transaction that shouldnt be accepted. Reason for this is because my adress is logged slightly different in my european bank than in a US postal system, where it is 5 numbers while my european is 4... thus there are inconsistencies...

Fairydragon3✭✭✭✭well i don't know how it is, but I suspect even if you bought online. you would still have to wait for the card to get to you. It wouldn't be a code delivered to your email0
