Choking Talons using double magica

I'm a lvl 41 Dragon Knight and since patch 1.1.2 I have a serious bug with the choking talons skill. When using with enough magica present the skill uses up twice as much magica as intended. If I have less then twice the magica but more than the actual needed amount present, the skill still works but uses up every additional magica I have above the intended value.
Since I am a tank this is extremely anoying especially in dungeons since the use of talons basically drains me instantly.
I would at least like to see this on the "known issues" list, since I haven't gotten any helpful respons on either my tickets or bug reports.
