DEVS - Please read.. regarding the current COD System

We, who trade regularly don't too often encounter issues when sending an item COD. However, once in a while.. there are people out there who will let the item sit for hours, days, etc.. trying to find a quick resell or let it expire just for kicks. We need a way to recall COD mail sent that is not claimed within a few hours at the very most and have the fee refunded. We are paying COD for the item to be delivered/accepted, we should not have to keep our items out there in other's inventory until it's accepted many hours or a few days later or expires. The system is supposed to provide a safe way to trade with at a specific cost of gold. We need a way to recall such mail when it's not accepted within a reasonable time.
