Ability responsiveness has been problematic, but is definitely worse now. Usually, it only hits me sporadically, but now it is an almost constant problem.
I am noticing the weapon missing now as well...getting a bit closer to the mobs seems to help somewhat.
I was with a group going through a dungeon last night, the entire dungeon I must have only fired of 3 or 4 swings. Anything more than one-on-one, and it's pot-luck if your ability's work or not.
This is really disgraceful for such a expensive and subscription based game. This is the sort of thing you would expect from a 2 weeks-to-make F2P game, made by two homeless people living in a cardboard box.
Yep, had the same issues last night. couldn't hit a damn thing and when I got low health because of it tried to drop my ultimate and had to hit it about 3 times before it fired. If they carry on with these patches pretty soon the game will be fixed beyond repair.
I've done a dozen dolmens since the patch & have yet to finish one without receiving a chest.
The only issue on your list that I have experienced is missing target. I had a strange situation where the mob was hitting me with melee hits from about 15m away, and I was unable to hit him back, like it had my location wrong.
Heh, must be many of you here who have just been living in craglorn since the release. Dolmens have been giving chests at the end for a little while now.
The Dolmens I am speaking of were done @Level, were not being farmed...it was just moving through on zone clears. Some people got the chest, most didn't, all of us were there at the same time, start to finish. This is happening over and over and over since the patch.
The Weapon ability delay is getting REALLY annoying. Standing over a dead body and 2 seconds later your last ability goes off.....what have you done ZoS?

and you,ll note that no dev has acknowledged this yet... however check the threads about cosmetic issues with slight facial changes .. It gets 2 ZOS replys...
or the one asking for more emotes.. it gets a ZOS reply within an hour of being posted...
so basically making sure you face looks the same on both log in and in game or making sure we have enough emotes to spam is the priority right now.
that way we can be happy and spam emotes at the trash mobs as they slaughter us like gimps... and when we,re eating dirt we can be pleased our faces look just as we created them ..

I'll throw my hat in for having experienced this. It was an amazing transition. I was going through the last main quest to fight molag bal. Had no problems getting to bal, but my armor and weapons had been severely under leveled.
I leave to upgrade all my armor and weapons. Even pushing almost everything to blues and greens. I open ESO the next morning, there's a patch. You know where this is going.
I try to go through it again and suddenly I was getting slaughtered the whole way through. Butter fingers McBal kept dropping me. By the time I was able to initiate the fight I was down to 35% armor. My jaunt into VR zones has been full of this failure as well.
And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.
I'm pretty new, my character is just level 22. But I've gotten a chest from every single dolmen I've done. #blessed
Seriously though, I didn't know it was possible not to get a chest from a dolmen. That would feel pretty weak, just to get whatever random things drop form enemies. I hope it's just bugged and a chest every time is what's intended.
1. Weapon attacks constantly missing the target, even with reticule dead center on them....connecting about 1 out of 3 swings. This only began to occur after patch.
When is this getting fixed?

Roll back the patch if you have to, this is frustrating as hell.
Guess I'll make a ticket regarding the weapon missing and significantly worse combat skill responsiveness (after Monday's update)...maybe I can get some information on these issues that way.
