So a few things since the patch this week.

1. Noticing very few bots in the lower areas now, good job!

That's about it for the positive....

1. Weapon attacks constantly missing the target, even with reticule dead center on them....connecting about 1 out of 3 swings. This only began to occur after patch.
2. Mobs instantly resetting after a sneak attack, and then charging after you as if they had aggroed without the attack.
3. Dolmens no longer give chests 75% of the time. (even when there from start to finish)
4. Weapon skills totally unresponsive....having to click them 2-3 times to get a single attack off with a weapon or class skill. New Lag?

All of this has been bug reported, and only began to occur after the patch. Anyone else having similar issues?

    Sent a bug report yesterday.. Was tired of banging my keyboard trying to fire off an attack and getting nothing but leveled by the npcs I was trying to kill. This is tooooooo frustrating. :# Hopefully it will be better today.

    I did a few Dolmens and received a chest for each one. Are you camping a Dolmen hoping to get one every time? As far as I know, you won't receive a chest on one you've recently completed.

    Yes for weapon attacks missing, I saw the that problem pre-patch but it seems worse now.

    Unresponsive weapon skills , huge yes in Cyrodiil. The entire zone is an inconsistent mess as far as responsiveness goes. The same is true for using skills. it's hit or miss if they will go off or not.

    I have a vet 5 sorc and a vet 1 templar

    All zones cleared so far, including dolmens and I have had 0 chests from any of them :/ from early access to now..

    That would explain it.I don't think I did one since 1.1.2. Seems that experience came and gone. :(

    This scares me! I thought it was me: I did a public dungeon and there was a lot of action. During fights, using abilities was unresponsive.. And I was disconnected 2 times. This has never happen before in such situation.. I used the /fps command to look if it was related to my computer, but I'm pretty sure that it was lag from the server. As a melee it was very frustrating. I died a few times because firing abilities like shield or heal didn't work in time or at all...

    Melee weapons missing during perfect hits seems like nothing new to me, unless it's just gone way up. Melee targeting has always been a problem for me.

    Yes dolmens sometimes give a chest.

    I find the need to press the same button several times painful. In PvP combat it kills me.

    1. I haven't had a lot of misses,, but I think melee range went down a little. I feel I have to stand a little closer to hit.

    2.Don't sneak attack, so dunno.

    3.I think they are on/share the boss monster timer. Got 4 chests (out of 5) last night. missed one happens right after I came out of a delve (killed a boss). SO if you group for a boss/dolmen zone tour, there isn't going to be a lot of loot.

    4. I don't have this. I sometimes get "repeat" casts. I press button 1, and get button 1 in a timely manner, but if I hit button 2 too fast, I will get spell 1 again.

    the horrors of patch days, what really got fixed, and what do they claim got fixed, but is in fact broken...oh and what worked fine before patch and is now broken.

    Yep, same here for all of the above (and the OP), with the following observations (post-patch 1.1.4)

    -harvesting rates changed from 50/50 to pull either 3 or 4 resources , to 90/10 to pull 3 or 4 resources (10% being 4 resources, and I'm being generous). I've gone 20+ harvests and only obtained pulls of 3, now.

    -refining returns further nerfed. I just refined 100 quicksilver, and got one honing stone, and 1 trait stone. Pre-patch 1.0.6 tempering alloy, grain solvent, and dwarven oil were uncommon. Patch 1.0.6-1.1.2 they were quite rare, and now... extremely rare. Another attempted nerf to harvest bots than absolutely crushes legit players (and doesn't affect the bots in the slighest).

    -none of the broken abilities were fixed, for any classes. You know, the morphs that simply don't do what they say? Yeah, those, not fixed, at all.

    -VR content is still not fun. Tedious? Yes. Challenging? Yes. Fun? No. I'll give you a hint, Zenimax. When you make it easier for players to survive while killing multiple NPC's concurrently? You can then add MORE NPC's for us to fight, and that is fun. In other words, turn the freaking NPC damage DOWN, and it'll be FUN.

    It might not be so bad if the playing field was level, but of course it's not. Everyone that took advantage of the research timer bug and now has 8 traits researched in all crafts, and everyone that duped the hell out of every legendary mat in the game, and everyone that has 300+ skillpoints from killing one mob repeatedly? They're perfectly content with all the changes, because of they have stacks of thousands of everything they need, and will never have to respec again.
    Other players? Oh right, they're frustrated, angry, considering quitting, or already gone.

    See those subscriber numbers dropping, Zenimax? Only you can make the decisions to reverse that trend, and every patch with a pvp nerf affecting pve, and every patch with a nerf meant to punish botters but instead ONLY punishes legit players? Those are "doing it wrong".

    I'm glad other people noticed the attacks missing for no reason. I thought it was lag.

    The stealth refining nerf pisses me off, but so did the biting jabs nerf. Zen is really not making any friends by nerfing legit players because they were too stupid to expect bots. Every MMORPG made in the past 10 years has had to deal with bots and most of them were smart enough to put in systems to mitigate botting from the start. For some reason Zen had their heads up their as*es and forgot that anything that can be botted, will be botted. Oh yeah and forgetting to put in client side cheat detection and leaving all location data on the client side was a pretty big mistake too. Bots are one thing, teleporting bots are even worse.

    My achievements are still broken. I have the Stormhaven and Alik'r adventurer achievements, however, the Daggerfall Covenant Hero Achievement says I don't, so I can't obtain the title. To be honest I don't even care, because I have no desire to deal with their support and get some answer about logging in and out or reinstalling the game.

    Bots have left the game. Zenimax did nothing there to fix that issue. Goldsellers follow the money. Like how the indians used to follow the buffalo.

    Not sure about Vet levels but since last patch or 2 in pre-vet levels I have always seen a chest spawn when a dolmen was completed. If you mount up and leave prior to the massive explosions at end you will never see it.

    Ability responsiveness has taken a hit again, I agree. Seems like in their efforts to fiddle with internal cooldowns they've inadvertedly messed some things up. Like when you drop a fire rune and wants to light attack afterwards, you have to wait for like 0.5 - 1 sec before it activates.

    I've had a little bit of lag on the weapon abilities but not seen any of the other issues tonight.

    Think dolmen's only drop chests if you're in an appropriate level range for the zone btw.
