Please make your /bug tools less of a struggle to work around. If I'm trying to submit a new bug (Random wayshrine relocation after Group Dungeons and Quest completion), it's an utter faff to try and work through your list of options.
I have no idea where this bug falls other than Gameplay, but that's not right, so I have to go back and select other options and non of them are really correct, but I can't report the bug without selecting all of the things. It's utterly frustrating and takes up so much of the players time that I'm surprised anyone /bug reports anymore.
Your /help and /feedback tools are pretty much the same.
You often wonder why people post in the forums rather than log a ticket, this is why.

Saerydoth✭✭✭✭One problem I've noticed is that whatever they are using to handle this (awesomium I believe) is TERRIBLY slow and unresponsive. Sometimes it will just stop responding to keystrokes until you click out of the window and click back in again. It would probably do them a world of good to take this out and replace it with chromium embedded framework, but we'll see.0 -

They will not help you anyway and doesn't matter what options you have to choose
