World Broken, fell to death, kicked me out of game for "spamming" while trying to Bug Report

The vulkhel manor/bank door has been acting up for many folks for a long while now, but it was really different today.
I went into it, and crouched as I sometimes try to jump, roll, etc to get over that doorway hump. This time, when I crouched the manor disapeared and I was in a sky-void with no walls but the door I was on, and I could see players and NPCs running around like the manor was there--- but if I looked up, there was sky, mountains, trees, and strange markings like a building way up above.
When I tried to move, I ended up "falling" off the door into plain sky, my character yelling "eeeek" sound xf over and over, my stamina bar falling, and the graphic showing the falling effects.
I tried to fill out a /Bug report to screenshot this, but at this point the game crashed and the sign-in screen had a popup saying I was kicked for Spamming.
