Invisible Mobs in Shadowfen

awhile back I encountered a lot of invisible mobs...I could run into them and have collision and such and they would be killing me..but I couldn't target them..they also made noise aswell......I would be knocked off my horse and be wtf. then get killed by a invisible mob that could kill me but I couldn't kill it. what has this pixilated world come to when a guy cant ride his horse around without getting killed by spooks (invisible mobs). Crafty Ghosts..................

EDIT: my thought was they were under the ground....damn groundhogs always messing things up

Are you running DX9 or DX11? I had that issue at DX9 but I can't run DX11 with the NVIDIA black screen bug. That is why they released the projection/ghost update so NVIDIA users can run at DX9 and see ghosts and projections. When you can look at your UserSettings.txt file and find this line:

"SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D9"

If it is set at D3D9 try changing it to D3D11 which is DX11 and that will probably fix it for you.

I always use the up to date stuff. I havnt used DX9 in a long time lol. so im running DX11..again this was like 3 weeks ago. havnt been to shadowfen since tho si idk if it has been fixed. and when I went through Shadowfen for the pact Questing (Non Vet) I didn't have that issue...but like weeks later I go through on my vet toon to do the exploration/quest achievements it happens..weird

I had this issue tonight. It was rather weird. Something was hitting me so I ran for the closest body of water I could find. Only when I reached the middle of the river did the monster appear. It only happened once that night, but I will keep an eye out of it happens again.
