Exactly, for a scheduled maintenance, that was not expected. But hey I'm getting used to expect the unexpected, although I don't know if this is a bad or a good thing.1 -

Regular maint is at 10pm my time not 8pm.
They are swinging the nerf bat which makes it a patch/fix which is not just cleaning out the hamster cage.0 -

i had just started a Veteran Banished Cell run.... before the first boss got the 15 minute....
we managed to get the final boss to 50% before the game kicked us... i was/AM seriously pissed off by this...I play every class in every situation. I love them all.3 -

Really? its MY fault they decided to bump up the downtime by 2 hours?
We at least tried to complete it when we got the update, and we almost SUCCEEDED. if it wasnt for the random change to the Maintence time in the first place we would have had 2 hours 15minutes to complete it. We STARTED with plenty of time and suddenly found ourselves with much less time than we were lead to believe. We had already gotten the first boss in the dungoen, and were heading to the next when that message poped up.. and the fights had been so easy for our group that it made most Pugs look like they were players controlled by their feet.
We had the balls to try and go for it in the time limit we were randomly given, and we almost suceeded, the only reason we didnt complete it was because of the 2 hour time change on the Maintence, which again was only announced AFTER we had started it. I went into that group hoping to complete the Zone, and untill that announcement telling us otherwise we had more than enough time.
Because OBVIOUSLY i was the one who Suddenly decided 5 minutes into a dungeon to suddenly chance their minds about when they would shut down the servers...

We get you're upset you're not playing now because it was moved forward two hours; however, the fact that given a fifteen minute warning you got booted in the middle of a final boss fight is on you.1 -
wllstrt75b14_ESO✭✭✭Ah man so annoyed. Just hit vet 5 and was so looking forward to anoms and not dying 20 times A day due to NPC damage that is way to amped up or avoids my armor and spell resistances.
Vr levels would not be so bad if it was not for the NPC issues.
So they nerf or remove quicker ways and less frustrating ways to grind but probably won't fix the NPC issue.

and obviously i dont remember exactly how far we were... but none of us even bothered worrying about it, WE ALL WENT FOR IT.

What's the matter I though you accepted the challenge to finish it in the time limit. You were fairly warned, right ion front of your face, and you chose to continue forward. The fact that you are pissed about your own decision is enough reason to discredit anything you say. You could have easily said "oh well we will complete this when the servers come back up" since obviously you are so good "that it made most Pugs look like they were players controlled by their feet."
And yet you risked it, and failed, so why are you mad? If anything you should be like, "haha well we are so good we almost beat the whole thing in under 15 minutes" but instead you decide to be immature and whine and point fingers like a baby.

THE ISSUE IS THAT THE MAINTENANCE OCCURRED OUTSIDE THE OFFICIALLY POSTED TIMES AND THAT OUR GAME PLAY SUFFERED AS A RESULT
I only listed what happened to me to point that out.
Constantly pointing out the result, DOES nothing to contribute to the topic.
