Fixing amour would fix half of the problem, midium amour need magic cost reduction/regin and stamina regin/reduction and melee penetration, with te current passives.
Heavy amour need magic/regin/cost reduction and stamina regin/reduction, another passive that increased damage reduction/cost reduction with sword and board, if using any of weapons increase weapon power by X%. Increased spell resit, and increased healing by X%0
