Hi,

i like to change my forum account to "tineidae" on my forum account, so i created a service ticket (230702-004136) with 3 names as the faq recommends, then i got an invitation link from from ZOS_Suserial. and this created a completly new blank account with my new name but my intention was to change forum username, not get a new one

Can anyone help me getting my old account back with my new wish name (tineidae) ?
