Need help with 'crashing'

Hey guys, I'm having an issue and I'm hoping someone can shed some light on.
During pvp (recently, as in the last day or so) has just constantly been 'crashing'. By that I mean everything/everyone stops moving. I'm free to move and run around but nothing else does. Then I have to restart my game and pray I'm not dead or something.
To save time, what I've tried is disabling addons/repairs/relogs/camp and pretty much anything generic that I thought of.
Any ideas?
