I find the 4 guild ranks to be very limiting, especially for RP and Raiding guilds. I think we should have the option to add more ranks. e.g One officer wants to be a team leader and another officer doesn't? Then they're forced to get demoted because the normal "officer" rank is reserved for team leader, thus de-officer-izing the officer just because of the extremely limited number of guild ranks.
