Forum reporting functionality.

I recently logged into my account to find that I have received an email from a gold farmer. Yes I am aware of the past fiasco of email notifications, but I never suffered from poor fore-sight :P .
The point of this is to inquire why I cannot report the forum member, and if there is some way to remedy the situation? Or is this an exploit that ZOS is not aware of?

I have tried to report the user from their profile page (seems the tools are not available in the mail section ^ ^), but when I try to send the report, it states that the username is 4 characters too long. SO it cannot be reported.

I don't often log in, but I do visit & read the content, but I will make an exception over the next couple of days to see what happens, or if Im needed for anything to happen.
Im wondering if this is a left-over mail from when the mail was disabled a little while back & the user no longer exists? In which case I can feel assured that all I need to do is delete the mail.

Oh..and can we get a reporting function for specific mail...it would prove useful in the long term I think.
