I then try to log back in after getting this error and kicked from Cyro, says my password is invalid.. I go to the account page "Password invalid" I then go submit a ticket and check my e-mail for a response..
I have an e-mail saying my subscription has been canceled and you guys are sorry to see me go.. So someone hacked my account to cancel my subscription !?

✭This is my guild leader. It appears that he's been banned, as he received a refund. He doesn't bot, hack, engage in real-money-trading or any other nefarious activities.
Presumably, he was caught up in the crossfire between the bots and ZOS's anti-bot algorithms. This has happened to several people I know, and I hope ZOS conducts a review of their banning process.Snit AD Sorc

I received error 307 while killing zombies in deshaan and zos is no help so far.they can't even tell me what happened and why happened.any kind of help would be appreciated.
Why even make a game if not even able to help your customers ZOS ? game had potential and you just ruined it by assigning wrong people in customer support.1
