Character becoming stuck more frequently

OK after using skills whilst just generally out questing ,ive noticed that my character cannot move ,but can still cast skills.This has been happening a lot since the last 2 patches ,even if i port to a wayshrine ,im still stuck cant move,im using a razer naga and i was wondering does anyone else have this issue using that mouse.
