Now, we got that in the last big patch (1.2) which included Craglorn. So now, all we can do is wait for the drivers to be released that includes better profiles and optimizations.
I must say, that the last patch allowed me to run the game fully maxed out on a single GTX 670 4 GB with zero issues at 60 FPS, with the occasional 45 FPS dip in crowded and expected areas though.
I believe ESO is the first game in such a long time, where the PC is indeed the lead platform, i do not believe it is a console port to PC, since it was constantly advertised as PC/MAC first then console, and the fact that the console versions got pushed even further now, but i could be wrong.
