Error launching game

Havnt been able to launch game since craglorn update. Everytime I do it just opens to a black screen and crashes shortly later. I've tried restarting computer, reinstalling, modifying my usersettings.txt. Pretty much everything

Have you contacted our support already ? If yes, can you provide us your ticket number, please ?
Also, could you share your Game consultant, please ?
