"To Fort Virak" quest completion?

According to the 1.2.0 patch notes, "If you have the quest 'To Fort Virak,' you are now still able to complete it even after you have completed the Fort Virak objective."

Well, I completed the quest "Breaking Fort Virak" and completed the objective without talking to Sergeant Gjorring of the "To Fort Virak" quest first (didn't realize I was supposed to do them in order). But "To Fort Virak" is still in my quest log and the marker for it goes to the middle of the camp where no one I can talk to is at. So how exactly do I complete the quest? AFAIK, I have the latest patch of the game.

    Well, considering there IS NO patch 1.2.0, I'd say you're hosed. We're on 1.1.2 right now.

    Lol, I have two open quests to talk to Sergeant Notthere, To Fort Virak & Taking Precautions. In both cases I encountered the main quest giver before this elusive NCO so I have done the quests but now cannot complete the messages quests :)

    I did see a piece of advice on the Taking Precautions bug that may help you (though it doesn't help me on Virak):
    If you finished Fort Virak, dont port to Kragenmoor directly, instead to Sathram Plantation. The Quest you are missing is "Aggressive Negotiations/ Aggressive Verhandlungen" - Quest giver is Duryn Beleran
