Is server down

Hey, so my download finished last night, but I am unable to login...it says the PTS server is offline as they prepare for the next testing cycle...also, I can't get the email that has the code seeing I'm "logging in from a new computer." Any help from community members/Zeni would be appreciated.

I think the pts down is wrong. You can still login anyway as of last night. Haven't checked this morning and it's a downtime and all. Can't help with the email thingy. That's on you

The message is wrong, I logged in last night. Had to wait awhile on that email with the code in it by the way. Took me several tries with that before it accepted the code from one of the emails I received.

Note the message at the top of the forum page here in PTS, it will be down for maintenance today.

Just saw the message about maintenance for the PTS...still haven't gotten any email with a code yet, and i've tried several times

It may be the case that since the PTS server is offline now so is the mailer.

i went to do it this morning at 6:00 AM CST, before maintenance started...

@Zury1001ub17_ESO - ah... well all I can say is that it took a few tries, having the email come in 45 minutes after etc. And I'm certain you have, but have to ask anyway... Did you check the spam folder? Are you checking the email address ZOS has on file? Sorry have to ask.

Nothing in spam filter. i'll try again when the server comes back online

One thing to check, the email address. Go here:

http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en

Click on Support and Access your account. Check the email address you gave.
That is where any emails with a code are going to be sent.

And if you have done this already, sorry for stating the obvious.
