I'll try to keep this short, 4/5 stars
Took a few days to get figured out, I technically could have been playing shortly after discovering the issue, but I wanted to ensure I got the "refund" first. But anyways I felt the support teams did a good job.
So no one really knows what happened but I went on vacation came back and couldn't log on. Checked my account and I didn't even own my pre-order game!!! Both game and sub were "Refunded" for some unknown reason, so I called support, (took 5 calls btw machine kept hanging up on me -1star). Waited and my refund for the game went through and I bought a new game. Told them that everything was there and okay aside from being able to create any race in any alliance and the fact I lost forum privileges. They promptly applied the correct fixes and everything is as it was before vacation other than my game keycode changed. Well I basically got 37 more free days of play because I had to buy a new game.
