After the last update I've been getting crashes like everyone else.
Now today, for the first time I got a runtime error in eso, after that I am unable to login. I get login timeouts and "could not connect".

Ive reset my router, repaired the client nothing is helping. TS and other things are working fine its not on my end.

Seriously, wtf.

Sorry, but everyone does NOT have these crashes. I have not had any.

I'm not asking about the crashes. Read.

I resigned the ToS, did nothing.
So why haven't any ZoS contacted me? Nevermind, afraid to ask.

The TOS shouldn't affect a client-side runtime errors.

Try killing your local variables and your shadercache.cooked file.

I will try that thank you.
I re-signed ToS because a related thread by GM said to do it, trying anything at this point.

Well, there's a login error that they're thinking is associated with the new TOS, but the TOS shouldn't cause the client to crash, just time out.

could still be on your end, since ESO is not TS or another program you might play. No programs are eactly alike, and its obvious that there is something in your system that is not agreeing with ESO,

Edit: realize not you ment terms and service, not team speak, but the last part i said remains valid

Nah guys I had a SINGLE runtime error. EsO has ran fine for me since alpha till now. So its something new.

AFTER the runtime error I cant login thats the issue. Same as a lot of people are having apparently. Login timeout and error 301. I mentioned the runtime error because this happened right after that.

Which is server-side, which they're still trying to figure out apparently.

Try to get them to move your character somewhere first.

By that do you mean zone, server or what? And yeah I noticed after I posted this a bunch of other threads started. Atleast we've got company.

    Zone.

Happened to me last week, and the server reboot fixed me since ZOS had a lot of people in the same boat. And I think they're STILL trying to figure it out.

Thanks, sent another ticket for a zone move. We'll see what happens.

EDIT: Also just wanna send my thanks to all those who are trying to help us who have this issue. Seems it out of our hands, but appreciate it nonetheless.

I have the login timeout problem and support was decent. after they reveiwed my logs they determined it was my router etc. Which is odd since it was working fine until i logged off for a few hours (didnt power off).

So I did all the port forwarding, dns flushing etc they asked and...still cant log in. funny thing, if I type in the wrong password it tells me my "login info is incorrect" so apparently im reaching the credential server or whatever just fine.

I'm tired of messing with my settings etc and it looks like its all over for me  I'm really disappointed.

Can you log into the test server? If so, it's not your computer.

    Error 301

Hi, i have found the problem and its from their server. My account or character is stuck on your server. I have try a friend account on my computer and the game works. I have tried my account on his computer and it didnt works. So the problem came from the character or the account from YOUR COMPANY who is stuck. You should be able to resolve it this way. It wasn any of the problem you said on email. I took me 3 days of works of trying everything. 40 gig of download and all that. I should be reward for all of that time spent on trying and didnt play. And the problem for now is not resolve. You should be able from your company to reset it or someting like that.

still error 301, tried everything to resolve as your support mail but nothing work. List of thing done :

Spent a lot of hours to try all those things
Reinstall the entire Game 40gig more
Cancel subscription and recreate a new subscription
Accept right and policy in the account menu
Close firewall and antivirus (windows and bitdefender)
    Repair installation
    Delete addons repertory
    delete documents folder (elder scroll)
    delete programdata folder
    reboot modem
    deactivate and activate network card
Deactivate all things in msconfig at boot
add ip in the host file
    Open ports
    TCP / UDP 24100 à 24131
    TCP / UDP 24500 à 24507
Start in windows vista sp1 compatibility
    Starts as admin
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

We need compensation for your trouble bethesda its not our computor the problem but your server here are the FACT

    Pay this man.

    There's a knowledge base article:

    https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3101

It's been happening to some players since patch 1.1.2. It clears when megaserver is rebooted. US megaserver reboot is tomorrow.

Players only care about it when it happens to them, the rest just bash each other here for whatever reason saying it isn't real.
