This 'critical thread'

This thread should be kept updated on a daily basis without exception. I am beta testing your game at my expense, my loss of time, and my misery and spending considerable time trying to help by making what's 'ongoing' wrong with my Khajiit Nightblade class known to you.
I also need to know when 'hot-fixes' have been applied and why. Did I mention I have a damaged NB class acknowledged too by many other gamers? You have refused my refund request! You seem to think this isn't an issue.
It seems to me that Bethesda's left hand--Zenimax--doesn't know what its right hand--3rd party Technical Support--is doing and the other way around too. I think this 3rd party support is exemplary running 24 x 7 over the phone even but that's not good enough if Support to your customers is running a week behind what Zenimax is doing fixing only part of the problems while introducing new problems. So far the phone responses concerning the broken NB have been poor with no satisfaction to either side--the agent is frustrated and unable to help my character and of course I remain frustrated.
I want to know if my NB is now fixed in single player boss battles 100% and on par with other character classes or if she is still broken TODAY and not last week before the 1.1.3 update and who knows what other hot-fixes were applied. If the NB is not fixed I want at a minimum compensation back in the form of added free days of playtime because as of yesterday I still cannot reasonably get through single player boss battles and I am not going to play a Khajiit NB made out to be a light armored staff wielding Sorcerer stuck in the game because you won't refund!
