Too many bugs, not enough time

Can someone please explain what is being done to get rid of the bots? I'm getting sick and tired of not being able to kill or pick materials up because some bot comes past at a million miles an hour and beats you to it, are there any GM's who can help in game? it's getting worse and worse and all we get is "We're working on it" How can you justify charging us a subscription when the game is barely playable? I swing a sword at mobs, it goes straight through them without damaging them, I try to use an ultimate (Dragon leap), it freezes in mid air then my character glitches and I can't attack (When the bots haven't beaten me to it), heal, or run away, I use a normal ability, it take the magicka and doesn't do the skill. We also need the eu server moved to the eu. My game freezes or lags regularly, and quite often resulting in a death, What is the point of having an eu server that isn't in the eu?, that's just false advertising. All I'm seeing from the game is that you ONLY care about the money, not the players or the game. I would love a reply that actually has some information about what is being done as opposed to the usual working on it or avoiding the question.
