NB Dark Cloak bugs...

I'm doing fairly okay in solo content vr7 atm.
BUT one thing that causes me to die a lot is dark cloak bugging out and not putting you into stealth... This happens a lot and makes you really pissed off.
Being as squisshy as a NB in mostly light/med armor to have some sort of magicka for popping in out of stealth to kill the npcs, when this bugs, you die from like 2 hits.
What happens is that your magicka disappear, the cloak goes up but goes down immediately so you loose a great chunk of magicka. It even happens several times in a row, causing immediate death for this poor NB.
Is there any fix for this coming? (So i can re-sub sometime in the future...)
