Quest "Retaking the Pass" Questgiver "Estinan"

Hey,
I found many Bugreports about the Quest "Retaking the Pass" but I couldn´t found the Bug that I got. It´s simple, Estiman won´t give me the quest. I tried everything simple like relogging, completly close the game, Abbandon the Mainquest "Shades of Green" and retake it. But Estinan does not like me in any way. I can speak to her and she says that she needs my help, but I cannot answer anything then "Goodbye"......I´m already v6 in a v3 Zone cause of all the other Bugged Quests, I can´t progress to the next step until I get help -> I can´t play right now....
