Error 210 PatchManifestError_Download Fail / Can't patch the game, help!

Hey folks, I just started the launcher and came across with this error. Sometimes the repair icon pops up but that doesn't do anything either. I just get ''Unable to download manifest, please try again later''. Kinda stuck here, any suggestions?

you can't get teh list form the internet that tells the launcher what it needs to download or repair. this is a connection issue. do you have your antivirus and firewalls on?

Turned off antivir and firewall, didn't work
Runned as Administrator, didn't work
Changed my DNS (was using google), didn't work
Restarted modem/router, didn't work.

This is so annoying, I really don't want to re-install the whole game =/

Okay pretty weird, I clicked repair before ''Close'' on the error page and it started patching now. I don't know what this has to do with that but hey, the game is bugged enough, why not the same for the launcher?
