In Beta, Restoring spirit was:

Templar’s passive ability from Dawn’s Wrath magic school. The passive gains you a definite percent of your magicka when you activate ability.

Currently it just decreases the ultimate/stamina/magicka cost of abilities by 2-4%

It was a lot more colorful and interesting than a flat reduction, fer sure. It'd also be nice if they'd stop breaking our spells and rotations with buggy ICDs that affect the GCD. They never removed Biting Jabs' clandestinely applied ICD, and they never informed us of it until afterward. They don't seem to think very highly of us at all.

This is tangential; should Jabs be spammable? Probably not. Should we be punished for using it? No, we didn't design it. But hey, keep nerfing Templars, nobody has any business being able to kill equivalently geared and leveled Sorcs and DKs 1v1 except the aforementioned, amirite? Pro-tip: you guys don't have the still-laughable "hybrid tax" excuse to your advantage.
