We are aware that some players receive the error "Login Error: Error 301" when they attempt to log into The Elder Scrolls Online. We are currently working on resolving the issue, and we hope to have a fix soon.
Meanwhile, you can try those few steps, it solved the problem for some players :
1. Logout of the Game.
2. Login in to your account on https://account.elderscrollsonline.com.
3. Sign the new TOS agreement.
4. Log back into the game
And / Or :
1. Rebooting your router/modem.
2. Connect via cable if you are using a Wi-Fi connection.
3. Temporarily disabling your firewall and your antivirus (Don't forget to put them back on to prevent security breaches on your computer).
4. Open these ports :5. Clean boot to disable background programs that could potentially be blocking the connection.
- TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
- TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
- TCP / UDP Ports 49100 through 54000

thanks!
Game kick last night porting out of trials and login hang/timeout then repeated error 301 on trying to reconnect. Tried all of the above and those posted on other forums, but a guildy got me back in game with their suggestion so give it a go.
Forget using the launcher.
Go to your:
Elder Scrolls folder
The Elder Scrolls Online EU folder
Game folder
Client folder
run the game from eso.exe
It just worked for me. Good luck
