Patched to 1.1.3 - Lagging and Disconection

I did not log on yesterday. Today I fired up the launcher and saw there was a patch. After the patch finished I logged into the game.

First I logged into all my Alt characters to receive my Hireling mail, literally on them long enough to hear the sound and type /camp. So I did not notice any lag.

I log onto my main, and have severe lag, it took me nearly 7 minutes to open all 30 mails, collect the attachments and delete the messages. This process usually takes about a minute.

Now I can stay logged in for up to 10 minutes or so before I DC. Intermitent severe lag spikes continue.

I have run a repair and disabled addons, none of this seems to help.

I'm also experiencing this severe lag.

Yesterday was fine. No lag whatsoever, at least for PVE. Today is the first time I had such horrible lag that makes it seem that mobs can teleport.

I tested my connection by downloading some stuff to see if it was on my side but I get consistent speeds so I don't think it's my ISP's fault.

What a bummer. I just stopped questing altogether and farmed raw stuff and plants.

EDIT:
I also get the disconnected from time to time. "Unknown Error" it says.. gah
