Have you ever seen Dragonknight's Spiked Armour? It looks great on [filthy] dunmer, right? have you seen it on superiorly bred Mer, that is Altmer? they look smaller, weaker and simply wrong.
If it is a bug, then please fix it. I fit is not, then please make animations scale. Fun coming from spectacular abilities is underrated.
