Game Crash @ Death Screen After Login

The game shows a death screen and crashes the game whenever I login on my main. The game was fine earlier today after I patched but I was called away and the game logged me out (so I thought). Now when I log back in on my main only I get the death screen and the game crashes every time either with the crash report or the ESO has stopped working error box. I can login just fine with my mules. I have ran the repair feature with no problems. I have rebooted multiple times and all my drivers are up to date. I have disabled all addons. As I said, this only occurs on my main. Has anyone else had this problem or is there anyone at Zenimax that can assist getting my main out of this endless crash loop.

A little more information. I am VR3 and was in Stormhaven when I was last in-game. I have filed a ticket requesting a phone call but as of yet I have not received an answer. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions as this seems to be a server side issue where my character is stuck and crashing my client.

Hey Michelle. Yes, I filed a ticket and after a while someone did call me as I requested and after going through the steps they had listed the customer service rep finally decided on logging into my character and moving it to another location. Once we did that, I was able to login and the death screen would allow me to resurrect as normal without crashing. I did experience another game bug crash the first time I tried to teleport but after that the game was fine for the rest of the evening. Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post and thank you to customer service for resolving my issue.
