Why is the Launcher slow, I'm only getting 50kb's instead of around 750kb's

Is the launcher slow for anyone else ?
I'm in Australia Zenimax, I normally get excellent bandwidth from your serves, but not today. All other internet services are running normally at full speed, but not your server for the launcher and the forum.
