Seem to recall a patch note saying it was fixed.
Got off the wayshrine at Mournhold(Normal Pact Deshaan), turned a corner, ran into a small tree.
Loadscreen.
Ends, then immediately load screen.
Repeat loop.
Had to force exit the game and luckily it stopped.
