Stuck and can't load~

Just checkin in with the community, but this problem happened the other day with Cyro and The Rift where your character couldn't load into the zone.
Today it's happening to me in the AD faction where I can't get into Stonefalls. Is anyone else having this issue? I can get into my alts fine but whenever I try to warp to Stonefalls... endless loading for like 7 minutes now for the second time. (NA server)
