dungeon graphics not loading (minor spoiler)

I am doing a quest called Arithiel in a dungeon called Abamath ruins and its sub-dungeon area called Shrine of Mauloch is not loading correctly. The floor and walls are missing. Ive tried reloading the game and its not fixing it, and I already did a repair just this morning. If I walk where there should be floor I walk on the ground under the floor. If I turn around and look at where I came in I can see her waiting on the other side of the door, but I cant leave because she sealed the door.

It turned out that at that point that I tried the door I was supposed to get hurt from a barrier and turn around and talk to her to find out how to dispel it, but instead it clicked me through to a non-dungeon area. I ported out to a wayshrine and ran back and completed the quest.
