@ZOS_GinaBruno the patch notes mention memory fixes to improve latency in Cyrodiil - do you happen to know whether the problems addressed were specific to Cyrodiil or if that was just the extreme case and the fixes should improve play in all zones?
The reason that I ask is because I've been getting frequent disconnects this last week or so, maybe every 10-15 mins in Cyrodiil; but every 30-45 mins on other maps.

This is why abilities need to be separate for PvE and PvP, because they're entirely appropriate for PvE, and people complain non stop about PvP until they're made useless.

Balance isn't needed in PVE, it's an OPTION you have whether to play a more powerful class or not .. PVE isn't a competitive gamestyle so there's no valid concept of balance there.Catches_the_Sun wrote: »

Rift launched with a Soul system for talent/skill trees, one of the available ones was specifically for PVP, it would have allowed a complete separation of skills .. it never worked because PVPers whined they wanted to be able to use the 'normal' skill sets for both PVE and PVP.
A GREAT idea to insulate PVEers from the incessant PVP whining about OP classes which causes PVEers to get nerfed to the ground failed .. due to PVP whining, oh the irony.
