I have been told by 4 separate CS reps they would escalate my ticket, because the previous rep had not done so correctly (because of flaming rule I will not post their names.) 16 days later and I have not gotten the updates promised to me by 4 of your employees. I still am missing my items, my horse is still broken, and I am still spending thousands of gold replacing everything I had already purchased. It does not take 16 Days to replace items. Ticket 140519-030167 I gave a very detailed account of what happened and a 8 tab spread sheet of the items that are missing (yes I keep track of my loot ever since I was hit with the first bank bug). You have run out of excuses, delayed and passed the buck for too long now it is just laziness and ineptitude.

    I don't believe anybody successfully had their items returned? They gave people gold instead.

    I have not gotten that either. Nothing just broke crap, At least they reset my sklls or I would still be unable to play.

    unless you have a lis, which you dot, then they would just give less gold + items

    I gave them a list that was 4 days old that broke down by profession every item on every character. They can give me fair market value for the items or replace the items, I don't care.
