I have been told by 4 separate CS reps they would escalate my ticket, because the previous rep had not done so correctly (because of flaming rule I will not post their names.) 16 days later and I have not gotten the updates promised to me by 4 of your employees. I still am missing my items, my horse is still broken, and I am still spending thousands of gold replacing everything I had already purchased. It does not take 16 Days to replace items. You have run out of excuses, delayed and passed the buck for too long now it is just laziness and ineptitude.
