Constant Crashing

Iv had constant crashes of the game for the last few days. Its starting to drive me up the wall. Im pretty sure its not my computer, Iv not had any problems with crashing before untill now. And now its like every Hr that the game crashes sometimes i may get close to 2hrs before it crashes. And sometime only like 30mins. Its more obnoxious when im in the middle of fighting and i crash then come back in and im dead.
Is there a way to minimize the crashing or stop it? Im not sure what brought this on but it started in the last 2 or 3 days.
