Unknown Crashes/Memory Leak

So my ESO client keeps crashing. I hear it's a memory leak, and I keep getting notified by my comp of insufficient memory. I've got an Intel i5 with 8gigs of memory and an Nvidia 660, so I'm sure it's not my rig. I've also been running a memory cleaner, and consistently says my machine is running at 30% memory usage.
I've been getting notified, so much that I had to disable my PC notifications. My game still crashes, but at least now my client isn't being minimized every few minutes to tell me of a memory problem.
This started with the release of Craiglorn, and was slightly improved last maintenance, but it's still and issue, and extremely embarrassing to AvA with. Is Zenimax working on another patch, or hotfix, and is there anything I can do at this time? I hope something happens with maintenance this Monday.
